Meditative Painting
Meditative painting is painting with no destination. We slow down, we follow the brush instead of leading it, and we let the image arrive rather than plan it. The aim is not a result you could hang on a wall, though one often appears anyway — the aim is the steadiness that comes from giving your whole attention to one gentle act.

Mandala Painting
A mandala is a circle that gathers the scattered parts of a day back toward a center. Painting one is an old contemplative practice found across many traditions: you work outward, or inward, and the repetition itself becomes a kind of prayer.
No drawing skill is required. The circle holds the work, and the work holds you.

Art Therapy
Art therapy uses image-making to reach what words sometimes cannot. Drawing on training in both psychology and art, I offer a safe and unhurried space where what you make can be looked at gently, together, and where the image is allowed to mean what it means to you.
This is for the process, not the product. You do not need to think of yourself as an artist to begin.

A women's circle gathers twice a month in Porto for OM chanting and, if you wish, Metaphorical Associative Cards. Learn more about the circles.
