OM Chanting
Beneath the noise of an ordinary day there is a steadier sound, and OM chanting is a simple way back to it. We sit together, we let the voice settle low, and we sound the syllable until the room itself seems to hum. No experience is needed. You do not have to sing well, or believe anything in particular. You only have to be willing to make a sound and to listen.
The practice is gentle and surprisingly physical — a vibration you feel in the chest and the bones before you notice it in the mind. Most people leave a little softer than they arrived.

About the Path
I walk this path as a companion, not a guide and not a guru. I have spent years in these practices, and I can light a few of the possibilities — but the journey is always your own, and so is the responsibility for it. Nothing here is a doctrine to be accepted. Take what is useful and leave the rest.
Spirituality, as I understand it, is less about reaching somewhere and more about arriving where you already are, with more attention and more kindness. The tools are old and simple: sound, breath, stillness, devotion, and the willingness to keep showing up.
[YULIA: a short personal paragraph on what this path means to you, in your own words.]
Women's Circles
Twice a month a small circle of women gathers in Porto to chant, to rest, and to be in honest company for an evening. The circle is held in English, and English-speaking women are given priority when places are limited — though all are warmly welcome when there is room.
Each circle can be joined in one of two ways:
- Option A — OM Chanting
- The chanting circle on its own. We sound OM together and let the evening unfold quietly around it. Offered by donation, so that the circle stays open to whoever needs it. Give what feels right and what you are able to.
- Option B — Chanting & Cards
- Everything in Option A, followed by a short session with Metaphorical Associative Cards — a gentle way to look at a question you are carrying and let an image speak to it. This option is 20 euro.
Places are kept small on purpose, so a circle feels like a room of people rather than an audience.
